Evaluation Process
Below is a brief overview of the Affinity Express R.O.A.D.M.A.P. for effective implementations of outsourced ad production solutions. We customize this and all other proprietary tools for our clients and dedicate project managers to each transition.

Phase 1—Sell
In this phase, Affinity Express conducts preliminary discovery in order to develop a proposal. With client agreement, we move onto extensive discovery to provide a final contract.

Phase 2—Set Up Implementation is the focus of this phase, as we set up our order input, workflow, output, billing and quality assurance systems, in addition to testing all of these areas for the client.

Phase 3—Ramp Up
During Ramp Up, Affinity Express begins producing live ads and transitioning increasingly larger volumes to our operations. We also establish our client governance methodology.

Phase 4—Operate
Once we have achieved the contracted volumes, we monitor all aspects of the relationship, including quality, resource levels, contract compliance, etc., and take on additional work as needed by the client.
